This roundtable seminar is organized as a side event of the 2018 Chairmanship OSCE-wide Counter-Terrorism Conference on “The Reverse Flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters” (May 10-11).

Leading experts will address violent extremism and radicalization processes and their links to terrorism from a gender perspective, with the goal of promoting gender sensitive research on terrorism and create synergies between counterterrorism and gender experts, as indicated in the relevant OSCE documents and the UN Security Council Resolution 2242 (2015).
