Emiliano Alessandri is a Senior External Co-operation Officer with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) (since 2016), a Senior Transatlantic Fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMFUS) (since 2012), and a Research Associate with the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) since 2017. He is also a Scientific Board Member of the NATO Defense College Foundation, Advisory Board Member of the US-Italy Global Affairs Forum and Editorial Board Member of The International Spectator.
He holds a Ph.D (2010) in International History from Cambridge University, and an M.A. (2005) in American Foreign Policy and International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University.
